Wisteria Mobile Bar is based in Rochester, NY and travels up to 50 miles for events. Outside that range? Reach out anyway — we'll let you know if a travel fee makes it work.
It's your choice. Most clients provide their own alcohol, and we're happy to guide you on quantities and selection if you'd like help. We can also supply the extras — mixers, garnishes, cups, ice, and a water station — as add-ons.
We recommend reaching out as soon as your date and venue are confirmed, especially for weekend weddings and peak-season events. Popular dates fill first.

A $100 flat-rate deposit at booking secures your date, with the remaining balance due no later than 7 days before your event.
Cancel 30+ days before your event and your deposit is fully refunded; cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Need to reschedule instead? We'll move your date at no charge as long as the new date is at least 21 days out and we have availability.
